“Is this receiver compatible with any Polk Audio ceiling speakers”

I have 4 ceiling/wall mount Polk Audio speakers in use with the receiver and they work beautifully. Your question also made me wonder if the receiver was bluetooth compatible. I found this on line "Not only can you connect to the STR-DH790 through Bluetooth® and stream all your favorite tracks, but with Bluetooth® Standby, you can turn your receiver on straight from your paired smartphone or tablet." Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Tina, It depends on the ohms of your speakers. We recommend connecting wired speakers with a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms. Lower than 6 or higher than 16 ohms will not work with this AV receiver. Regards, David
