“When I check on availability on the Best Buy page there is a comment that states “Installation available by 11/30”. What does this mean? Do I have to do anything via my computer or does Best Buy have to do anything?”

In many cases its worth having Best Buy do the the install is well worth it. NOT IN THIS CASE. All you have to do is connect it to your TV and it will do the rest. Best Buy setup is almost as much as the player.
