The x8000mM2 apparently has less vibration and noise. As far as HDR10+ to my knowledge only one bluray player can do that and that is a $400 player made by Phillips. This player can only do Dolby Vision and HDR10. Also, as far as upscale i have only been successful with HDR10 being applied to all of my Blurays.
