Try making sure you have a premium high speed HDMI older spec cables will cause that type of issue you can pick them up cheap and that should solve your problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any problem with mine. My sound connection is going through a Bose soundbar. Have you checked to make sure you don't have any loose connections? Maybe you just have a defective unit.
