Hdr just means high dynamic range. It just give a better contrast in colors really. Hdr10 is a proprietary term for someones specific form of hdr. Dolby vision is better in general but that is also just their flavor of hdr. If you have a dolby vision tv it will play in that. If your tv is hdr10 it will play that. These are configured on your tv settings not on the player. Dolby vision doesnt come on movies just look for 4k uhd blu ray and that will have the best picture

If you are watching a 4k movie that supports HDR10 but doesn't have Dolby Vision you can turn off Dolby Vision and keep HDR Output to "auto" in the players settings. If your tv supports it (I have an OLED CX) it will automatically detect HDR and show it up in the corner of the screen when you play the movie (or game) and it will not automatically default to Dolby Vision. If you are watching a movie that supports Dolby Vision then just turn it back on. A lot of 4k movies right now are being released with Dolby Vision. Check the back of the DVD case in very small print for HDR10 and Dolby Vision logos.
