“Which 4K Bluray players are region free (i.e., play both PAL and NTSC discs)?”

• Some early movies from 2015 are region locked, but most of today's movies are region-free. As for PAL and NTSC, those dont do 4k? Those are 480i and 520p resolution, respectively, while 4k is 2160p. Unless you play bluray or dvd movies, i wouldn't worry about it.
