“I have an older TV and I need help setting this up step by step please and thank you. The guide that came with that Blu-ray player said that included and adapter remote batteries and one HDMI cord and that was not included in there.”

if your tv doesn't have hdmi output then I would suggest buying an older model dvd player with rca outputs
