“Is the unit and remote infrared? I plan to put it into a cabinet with a door and would like to be able to control the unit via remote without line of site. Wondering if I need to point the remote at the unit or if I can point the remote anywhere.”

• Hi MJRCORP, Yes, it uses infrared which requires a line of sight for it to work properly. ~Ralph
