• There is no optical connection. An HDMI cable is used. I have a SONY sound bar that is connected to the ARC HDMI jack of my Samsung TV. The Blueray HDMI is connected to HDMI 1 on my TV. I have also found that the manufacturers of the different devices have been very helpful. Make sure you call them; don’t use chat.
