“My blu-ray player keeps resetting itself as if it is new out of the box . . . every time I turn it on I have to re-log into my internet and I have to re-log into Netflix, Hulu, etc. Why is this happening? Thanks”

Turn the control for hdmi to OFF. (system settings-hdmi settings). Enjoy!
