I have the same problem and just wrote a review about it. It's a problem that is widespread and is now mentioned on other websites on the internet. I hope you returned the product or sent it in to see if it can be serviced. I will be sending ours in to be serviced if the problem persists. It has a 1 year warranty so if you haven't sent it in to be serviced then I suggest you do before the warranty period is over.
