QuestionI connected this to my Smart TV via HDMI. I inserted a blu-ray disc, which plays the intro but when it gets to the 'play - scenes - etc.' I can't select anything with the LG TV remote. How do I operate it?

- Answer No. There is a region code printed on the bottom of the player and will only play BD-ROMs/DVD VIDEOs labeled with identical region codes.

QuestionAfter I connect to the internet it brings me to an "end user agreement" and if I select "agree and continue" it then goes to a blank screen that says no signal and shuts itself off. If I hit " Do Not Agree" it will stay on, but w/o my apps available.

- Answer I have Direct TV it should work similarly. Use the TV remote and change the channel to the one corresponding to where you plugged it in the back of the TV. It should work .

- Answer Hi CCP, No, there's no setting to disable the built-in WiFi. You might want to check BDP-S1700, which doesn't have WiFi and only supports wired network connection. Thanks! ^Ron
