“After I connect to the internet it brings me to an "end user agreement" and if I select "agree and continue" it then goes to a blank screen that says no signal and shuts itself off. If I hit " Do Not Agree" it will stay on, but w/o my apps available.”

Hi Raechiepie, try resetting the BluRay player to its default factory settings. This can be done under "Resetting" when you go to "Settings". If problem still persists after resetting, please reach us at [email protected] with your contact and product information. Thanks! ^Ron
