Mine stopped responding to both the remote as well as direct input. Unplugging it reset things, but only temporarily. I returned mine after 12 days for another one. I’d exchange it if I were you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem here, locked up and had to kill the AC to it to force a Hard Reset... which only let me get my disk out of the platter. These units have a software issue.
