“I bought the ULT9 speaker and it sounds great and powerful while attached via bluetooth. However when i try connecting a device via optical cable the sound intensity is not as powerful. Why is that?”

To achieve the same powerful volume as Bluetooth, navigate to your source device's audio output settings. Ensure the Digital Audio Output Volume is set to Max/Fixed instead of Variable, and confirm that the audio output format is set to PCM or Stereo.
