In theory I believe it might be the grain of aux cable you use: Meaning the higher power value the aux can carry(hold/sustain) the more powerful the sound

To achieve the same powerful volume as Bluetooth, navigate to your source device's audio output settings. Ensure the Digital Audio Output Volume is set to Max/Fixed instead of Variable, and confirm that the audio output format is set to PCM or Stereo.
