This has also happened to ours.. it was playing quietly and suddendly turned off.. we’ve tried it in different power points still will not turn on..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey, I had the same problem. But i was able to fix it. Actually by pressing the power button again and again. The speaker might have entered the Demonstration mode due to which the display is not working. This can be changed with the remote that we get with speaker of MHC V11. On the remote press the speaker light button and the lights will go off and then press the power button on the remote and it should show u the volume level on the screen and will respond properly. However i had to do this everytime i turned it on. The display button on the remote might also help if there is some other active mode. Hope this helps..i am not a techie but i tried and came up with this hope your money spent doesn't go in vain.

Then suddenly the power would not turn on and the blue light is not workinng as well I brought it to a sony specialist but he told me that i did not use didthat much so its stock up . what a total mess Sony.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I brought a Sony MHC V11 in May of 2017 used it maybe a total of 10 times and it will NOT Power on. I paid $189.00 for it at Best Buy and it is A Beautiful piece of JUNK. I called SONY and the Customer Service Guy told me that I didn't use the Speaker enough and that is why it will not power on. They don't have any compassion and they make JUNK to take your money.
