Hi 6871, We are sorry for any inconvenience you had experienced. Let's try to isolate the issue first. Does the MHC V11 show up on your smartphone? If not, and if you have already done resetting the unit, you must then delete the Bluetooth profile of MHC V11 on your smartphone if you already established a connection before.
