As long as you can Bluetooth it yes it can. Use a pairable device with the saved amplified data, or blue tooth your guitar or other amplified item with a Bluetooth enabled pairing speaker. The speaker has amazing sound and will not disappoint as long as you can pair it with technology along with your music. Our neighbors think there is an outdoor concert when my husband uses it as a garage super awesome mechanic man speaker. When I use it while I cook or clean house it makes me feel like I am in the music. It's pretty nice.
