I think it may help others by answering this old question. No, the system will not be able to recognize large capacity USB, the answer saying it can read up to 512 GB USB is NOT true. I have a 32 GB, it reads ok, but says "No USB" when I put a 256 GB one in, no matter what trick I pulled. I will try up the ladder, 64 GB, 128 GB to know the real max.
