“can this unit be used outdoors in HOT weather. Should it be shaded? It would be out for about 2 hours as a speaker only. Can it be stored for a year inside a metal toolbox that is garaged but will be hot in summer & cold in winter. This just for programs.”

Hi bill, this unit can be used outdoors in hot weather, but we advise that you use it in a shaded area. Do not store it inside a metal toolbox or where temperature fluctuates in high values, storing it indoors is enough. Regards, -Mark
