Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm using an Atdec Telehook mount but I think the answer might be in the setup that makes the Atdec work and might also make your Sanus work. They stress that you find the center of gravity (CoG) for the projector by balancing it on a pole on the floor front to back and then side to side. Adjusting the arms on the mount to place the pole from which it hangs at the CoG point you identify balances out the "heavy tilt". This was critical when hanging mine.
