Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.#1. The VPL-XW5000ES supports 4K 60 Hz input with an input lag under 21 ms, and 2K 120 Hz input with an input lag under 13 ms. #2. Sorry I cannot tell you why BestBuy does a particular thing, but I can tell you that you should always go to the manufacturer's website for your official information. If the spec is super important to you as most are, the manufacturer is the official answer. The spec above is from Sony themselves on this model projector. Just go to Sony's USA website, use the search box for VPLXW5000ES. and look up the specs. Its pretty easy. From the Sony's website you can also find the pdf manual, reviews, videos and much more.
