A:Answer Probably reviews from people that don't read the Users Manual. I have the NW-A45B, to me, it is an amazing MP3 Player. I've had several others over the years that don't come near the quality of this Sony. You can customize the sound to your liking and change it whenever you want even while a song is playing. Also use Bose ear buds, that helps quite a bit. The battery life between charges is impressive, also has adjustments for power usage. I put a 256GB Micro SD card in mine and have over 200GB of music and audio books on it. File transfer is a breeze in MS File Explorer, the Sony Music Center App is adequate at best, I prefer not to use it.
