QuestionI am techno challenged-how does one , such as myself, load music onto any of these devices-mp3, etc, all I want is decent headphones that stay in and I can run then swim with the device on- main POINT-how do I get music onto the device?

- Answer Very Easy - plug device into charging dock, then plug charging dock into USB on computer (may be able to plug device directly into your computer with USB cable). From here there are multiple ways to add music to the device. You can do it through a media program such as windows media player, or you can open your file explorer and drag and drop files onto it. They typically work just like a flash drive.

- Answer Yes, they will and they are. It comes with four (4) different diameter ear-buds: small, medium, large and large-long for the smallest ear canals to the largest. The head band is bendable and would be adjustable to a smaller head. It also has an “rubber band” attachment that helps keep it snug on the head.

QuestionIs it waterproof without changing earbuds? Also If water comes in if the earbud falls off?

- Answer Its required to change earbuds for waterproof; it comes with the two types/sets of earbuds; I just left the waterproof earbuds. Earbuds are really good fit, they do not fall.

- Answer The battery is not accessible to replace. If you buy it from BB, you should be able to take it there. If they offer an extended warranty and you are concerned about longevity I would purchase it. They are well built, very solid construction. I am pleased with mine. Hope this helps
