• Hi, nikkiny! Yes, you can control the volume by tapping the touch sensor of the headphones. Here are the steps on how you can set up the volume control on your headphones: 1. Open the "Headphones Connect app". 2. Select "Change the touch sensor function". 3. Choose which earbud you want to control the volume from. 4. Switch from "Ambient Sound Control" to "Volume Control". Note: Single tap - increase volume by one level. Long-tap - reduce volume by one level. Hope this helps! -Sam

• Lastes software update, allows you to adjust the volume by tapping the ear piece. Actions are customizable.

• Yes with the new software update but you have to download the app. You also have choices on what the left and right touch senors can control so you have to set it to either side. Then you will have access to it. The volume up goes like in 10-15% increments though. Please see pic I loaded.
