• They will definitely help but just be careful taking the helmet off as you can roll them out of your ear

• My own personal opinion - I think it would be crazy to wear noise-cancelling headphones on a motorcycle or a bicycle (I ride both). You near to be aware of what is around you on the road.

• I would not recommend these with a motorcycle as the buds are bulky. For riding I just use specific wind noise reduction earplugs and have a cardo installed in the helmet and that works great.
