Nope, but a loophole is to link your Smart TV to the buds only for sound.. as you obviously can't talk in a Party since they're not linked to the actual PS4.

Unfortunately no. Most wireless earbuds/headsets won't work wireless on ps4 or ps5 unless they were made specifically for the console.
