“How do you Connect to your phone or how do you turn them on there's got to be a way you turn them on and make it available to be compatible with your phone. Are their supposed to have buttons on them? Please help”

Hi Rich! Thanks for sending your question. We're happy to clarify that for you. The WF-C710N earbuds feature touch sensors instead of physical buttons, allowing you to control music and calls with ease. To turn them on, just take the earbuds out of their charging case. They’ll power on automatically. If you want to turn them off, just pop them back in the case and close the lid. To connect them to your phone for the first time, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings. When you take the earbuds out of the case, they should automatically go into pairing mode (you’ll usually hear a voice prompt or see the indicator light flash). On your phone, look for “WF-C710N” in the list of available Bluetooth devices and tap it to connect.
