The WF-C710N are conformable, it's design make them easy to use, and they fit really well, the great ANC (active noise-canceling) they have is enough to avoid the annoying ambient noises, however, based on general characteristics of in-ear headphones, comfort can vary greatly from person to person. If you're considering using them while sleeping, it may be helpful to test them prior to ensure they do not cause discomfort. Adjusting the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears could also enhance comfort. If any discomfort is experienced, it might be best to avoid using them while sleeping.
