“Can these block snoring noise without playing music?”

• they do not completely block out snoring. I used these on a flight and they worked well but not perfectly.

• They are good at noise cancelling but I had on spa sounds at a low volume to drown out the snoring. Alone, I don't think they do the trick.

• Hello chainsaw, you may enable the noise canceling feature of this model even without playing any music. However, noise canceling is not as effective for higher frequencies, like human voices.
