Hi Kamil, We're sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately, when the whole set including the two sides of the headphones and the charging case got lost, you have to purchase a whole new set. If you lose the charging case or one side of the headphones, you may send the remaining items to the Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components. Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or missing items.
