• A:Answer Hi Billpp, thank you for inquiring about the WFXB700. Below is the pairing process of the WFXB700 with an iPhone. Remove both units of the headset from the charging case. Enter pairing mode on this headset. Unlock the screen of the iPhone if it is locked. Find the headset on the iPhone. Select [Settings]. Touch [Bluetooth]. Touch the switch to turn on the Bluetooth function. Touch [WF-XB700]. If Passkey (*) input is required, input “0000”. Q: QuestionI got these recently but I can only use the left earbud independently. Is there any way I can switch it to where I can use the right earbud without having the left earbud out of the case?

That being said, it is good to note that it will depend if the Kindle device supports Bluetooth headphones. The WF-XB700 is designed to pair with devices that support A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) and AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) Bluetooth profiles. I hope this helps! The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other. These settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part. If you lose the charging case or one side of the headphones, you may send the remaining items to the Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. Allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. Unfortunately, if you have two pairs of WFXB700, we cannot exchange the earbuds and use it with the other pair. We'd also like to verify, does the indicators light flashes when the earbuds are removed from the charging case? In the meantime, please try to reset and initialize the headphones. To Reset, please follow these steps. Press and hold the button on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) turns off after flashing. Then press and hold the button on the right unit for about 20 seconds. Button on the right unit Release your finger when the indicator (red) turns off after flashing. Initialize the headphones to restore the factory settings: Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) start flashing. Note: Check that the indicators (red) on both the left and right units light up before you hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both units. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the initializing is complete. If you are not sure if the initialization process has completed, wait a few minutes and start over from step 1. Do not put the headset back in the charging case before the initialization process is complete.
