Can batteries be replaced? If yes, how / where? null

Hi AMA, Thank you for your inquiry! If the usage hours of the built-in rechargeable battery decrease significantly, the battery should be replaced. Batteries can only be replaced by a service technician from our authorized service center. Everything in the WF-1000XM4 headphones has been designed from the ground up and they have exceptional quality.
