Go to your Bluetooth settings and set it up that way but make sure they are charged before you do this .

With both buds (cannot only be one) in your ears, hold you finger against the left buds touch sensor, after a moment you should hear a tone indicating pairing mode, at this point you should be able to locate the device labeled “WF-1000XM4” in your listed available Bluetooth connections.

You have to download the headphone app to pair
