The cant expel water like apple watches. So maybe not? Im not not sure light rain and sweat arent an issue.

Although the WF-1000XM4 features an IPX4 water-resistance rating (Protection assured against water splashing from any angle, excluding the sound conduit (sound exit tube), ventilation holes and microphone holes in the unit (two locations) of the headphones, using them in the shower is not advisable.
