“These earbuds sound like a tin can with no body. The sound is crisp but very flat. I have played with the equalizer settings, set back to factory setting and different apps but no change. Sound full when testing wearing condition. please help.”

Mine do not sound like this, I would consider looking at a warranty exchange
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they have to be in your ear really secure and snug, had to swap the rubber pieces in mine with some jbl's to do so because i had the same prob untill i did that.
