- Answer Exactly what I'm hoping for. I'm fact, I don't understand why they can't include volume control with the ANC controls. 1 tap to turn on/off ANC, 2 to taps to increase volume, 3 to taps to reduce volume. 3 taps wouldn't bother me at all.

- Answer If you go to settings, find Bluetooth make sure their paired to the phone.My Galaxy 4 watch once paired to the phone, I have no problem with their app.Of all the different earbuds manufacturers I've purchased, I believe their app. Rivals the best.

- Answer Yes. There's a feature to enable ambient sound, and there's also the option of having it automatically switch to ambient sound once you start talking. You can set an amount of time for the ambient sound feature to turn back into the noise cancellation mode after being triggered by either your voice or another's (depends on settings).

- Answer Yes you can! But the only problem is that you only have two control options 1) volume up/down or 2) next/pause/previous song. So you have to keep your cellphone with you.

When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. QuestionAre these compatible with my new Sony NW-a105 utilizing all the XM4's features ? Will the 360 Reality Audio feature also work with my NW-a105 ? I also noticed that the XM4's only use one (AAC) of the many file formats of the NW-a105.

- Answer They sound great, but I go to the gym every day and I purchased the XM4s as a potential workout headset. For me, these won't work as I'm having a difficult time finding the right size tip as none feel comfortable or stay in my ear with limited activity. I jump rope and workout intensely so can't see these staying in my ear during my routine.

QuestionI have tried the airpords even the airpod pros and because my ear canals are so small they don’t work for me. They won’t stay in my ears. Does anyone know if these are a smaller fit that the airpod pros?
