QuestionI have tried the airpords even the airpod pros and because my ear canals are so small they don’t work for me. They won’t stay in my ears. Does anyone know if these are a smaller fit that the airpod pros?

We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out, we recommend downloading the Sony Headphones Connect app and what it does is find the right fit for your ears and it takes you through a few simple measurements to find the ideal size of Noise Isolation Earbud Tips. - Answer Hello Eric. You can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself. In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on. QuestionIs there a concern regarding how it feels in the ear after few hours or how it feels on doing sports with them ? There is no internal ear support like Bose has which is best comfort. Thanks Guy

- Answer I'm not able to find the right size tip and none stay in my ear. The foam material seems not as comfortable or secure as silicone.

Questionhow long is the play time in the ear ?

- Answer It depends on more than just ANC. If you enable Speak-to-Chat, wind noise reduction, Google Asst, etc. you will likely only get about 3-4 hours of continuous playing time. I know this from experience and from talking to Sony directly. Any features you enable require processing power from the chip in the RIGHT earbud. I saw a 30-percentage point reduction in R compared to L with above features enabled.

- Answer Hi Farhan, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the WF-1000XM4 does not currently support the Multi-point Connection feature. It can be paired with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be connected with multiple devices at the same time. Hope this helps. -Sam

QuestionAfter less than 2 years of using these a couple of times a week they no longer hold a charge long enough to have a phone call or finish a workout. The warranty is only for 1 year. Is there a way I can get more use out of these or did I waste $260 dollars?

- Answer Bend over...you've just been screwed by Sony. Google issues about excessive battery drain (within 15 minutes 100% to 0) after 1+ years. A known, well documented defect. Sony does not care..they would be happy to sell you another pair!
