QuestionAre they able to connect with my PS4 Pro?

- Answer The only way I have found is to connect with a cable from the headset to the controller jack. The volume is controller through the PS4 app and the mic will not work but it sounds good and the system swaps over automatically if you select auto select audio connection device.

- Answer All noise canceling headphones have to have sound isolation. The inner ear has to be in a different area

- Answer Wired mode only, but the mic doesn't work. Won't work via Bluetooth with a PS4 natively. I've heard of usb bluetooth adapters out there for the PS4 that people have had success in pairing their Bluetooth headphones to the PS4. These are a great pair of headphones even if you don't use them with your PS4, so to me worth the try in find that adapter.

QuestionIm having a issue using my headphones as a Gaming headset. When i plug it through bluetooth it works fine on my desktop, but when i join a public matchmaking game that has voice chat, the sound from the game stops and i can only hear voices from the chat.

- Answer I don’t know how to fix your issue, but I advise you not to use these headphones as gaming headphones. The latency is too high though Bluetooth. If you wanna game with these, I recommend using them wired

QuestionSort of weird question. Headphones are great. Does anybody else hear their heartbeat in the total silence when they have then on, especially when sitting on heavy, solid couch or armchair? Any suggestions on how to cancel out?

- Answer In extreme quiet environments like these headphones can produce, it isn't unusual to hear your heartbeat. It is a function of blood flow and inner canal sensitivity inside the skull and there isn't anything you can do on the headphones to accommodate. You might want to have some level of sound present to make the heartbeat less obvious if it really bothers you.

- Answer They work with my Samsung Smart Television. Pairing with any Bluetooth Device has not been a problem with any of my devices that I use with them. I have had the connection break once or twice with my Samsung so I switch to my BlueTooth Earbuds after resetting.

- Answer I would love such an update, but Sony has not announced anything. Currently I have google (triggered by the hard button on the left), and Siri (triggered by touching the center of the right earcup.) Sony has announced that Alexa is coming shortly.

- Answer Depends on phone you have (BT version), but anything over 4.4 (what I have) covers my 1200 sq ft office np. If I go to my apartment (approximately same size), I'm fine unless I go behind certain walls (likely load bearing or masonry Walls). Certain not to disappoint tho, you won't find active noise cancelling with better range, or at least I couldn't

- Answer I wear them at night with glasses and haven't run into any issues with the stems rubbing. I guess it varies by how large the frames on your glasses are.

- Answer I don't know of any way to get the exact items, but the cables are standard ones you can buy anywhere. In fact it's better to buy your your own charging cable because the one included (USB-C) is only a couple inches long. The other cable is a 3.5mm auxiliary cable that can be purchased just like the charging cable. The case you might have to try on Amazon or EBay.

- Answer You can use the app to control the noise cancelling and ambient noise, but you would have to use the equalizer on whatever the wired connection’s source is.

- Answer I would not work out with these... They don’t mention anything about water resistance and durability in a gym could be a future issue depending on how hard you workout. I would high recommend these for travel or use in an office/library setting.
