Yes you can, but you will not be able to have full use of the headphones capabilities. Like noise canceling or taking any calls. You would also need to have some sort of eq to be able to get the sound you want.

Yes, it comes with a regular headphone cable to connect to a standard audio source. Then it will work like a regular passive pair of headphones.
