“I like a headphone style for noise cancellation and I am an adult (70 years). But I have a small head and find that even headphones that are adjustable slide off or don't fit well. Are there size options for the SONY WH1000xM6 or a version for children?”

No, these headphones have just one size, and they are pretty big. But comfortable.
