  • QuestionI like a headphone style for noise cancellation and I am an adult (70 years). But I have a small head and find that even headphones that are adjustable slide off or don't fit well. Are there size options for the SONY WH1000xM6 or a version for children?

  • QuestionIs there another way to control these headphones without using the outer cans if you’re laying in bed and your accident hit the can with your elbow or your hand it doesn’t change does the outer cans lock and can you use the app instead?

    • Answer there's a setting to do this in the Sound Connect app! at the bottom of the My Device tab, there's a "device settings" button. in the "system" tab of the device settings screen, there's a "touch sensor control panel" toggle.

  • QuestionWhen bluetooth'd to my PC, it only allows DVD quality at 48000 HZ. Computer has bluetooth 5.3 I figured I would get the "lossless" audio quality sent by my pc to these and benefit from the tech available. My Arctis nova pro accepts 96000Hz. What gives?
