“If one party is using these headphone while watching a Sony 750H tv, can the other party (not wearing any headphones) still hear the audio? Or does wearing the headphones interfere with regular audio?”

No Iv'e used them for listening to music while my family is watching Tv or if I'm playing a game and using the my cellphone and connected to the Bluetooth.
