Airfly or cheaper transmitters are available on BestBuy. Just got mine with HORRIBLE Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones, keeping the transmitter. Heads go back in morning.
Even some of my brand new 75 tvs do not have the option on screen to change sounds, but when I put in that headphone jack it only sends noise out that hole to whatever is plugged in.
