“Is the microphone supposed to work during phone calls? No one can hear me when I'm connected to the headset, and when I try holding down the button for 2s, all it does is disconnect the headphones (no audio comes through/mic does not pick up still).”

I use mine while connected to Bluetooth, everything works fine.
