Yes it will. You just have to follow the instructions in the booklet to hook it up properly. This set allows you to listen without having to turn the tv volume down at all. No one else will hear anything from the tv because it is only going through the earphones.

Your wife should not be able to hear the tv through the QN65 Bluetooth TY if you have it over your ears. If you take the head set off it is possible to hear if the volume on the headset is turned up high and the headset is off your ears.
