Are these noise canceling? Can they be used with a PC? null

They are not noise canceling. Have purchased more than once over the last 10 years for personal use and as gifts. Use them with TV. Multiple ways to connect transmitting base to sound output sources......ability to connect to pc for streaming, but have not used this option.
