The Sony WH-CH720N won’t connect to a PS4/PS5 over Bluetooth, since the consoles don’t support standard BT audio. They will only work wired through the controller for game sound, and the microphone may not function with the included cable. If you want full wireless compatibility and proper game chat, it’s better to go with Sony’s gaming headsets, like the Inzone models, which are designed specifically for PlayStation.
