Thank you for contacting Sony, Dora. Regarding the WH-CH720N headphones, they are an over-ear design, which naturally provides better sound isolation than in-ear headphones. While we engineer the earcups to fit comfortably and minimize sound leakage, sound can occasionally leak at very high volumes. At moderate listening levels, you should experience minimal to no noticeable sound leakage. If you listen at maximum volume, some leakage may occur, especially in a quiet environment.
