- Answer I have had that remember to to turn the headset off and when you put it on the charger you might have to wiggle it it to place so it sits right on the connector that has always worked.

- Answer No replacement batteries. If u bought the warranty u can replace them at best buy for free for 4 years from when you bought them.if you didnt get the warranty you would have to buy another set. I recommend the warranty because its good for 4 years

QuestionThese headphones worked until I bought a Samsung TV without an RCA outlet. I used a converter with optical, which worked fine, until it suddenly stopped connecting. I tried new optical line, batteries & checked connections, but nothing works. Any advice?

- Answer Yes you can use a simple unbalanced RCA to RCA switch, or even a Y cable. Not advisable to use both TVs at the same time.
